Legal Notice
Jul 2026
This document identifies who operates this site, indicates which channel to contact depending on the matter and points out which document governs what. It does not repeat the conditions of use or the processing of data: it locates them.
Who operates this site
Edelon Technologies, incorporated in Mexico, develops decision software for public institutions and for defense. It operates this site and the subdomains associated with edelontechnologies.com, and is responsible for its content.
Any reference to Edelon on this site designates that entity and, where applicable, the companies that form part of the same group.
Which channel to contact
Each matter has a recipient. Using the right channel shortens the response time and keeps a sensitive communication from circulating more widely than necessary:
- contacto@edelontechnologies.com — general, institutional and commercial inquiries, and any matter concerning this site that does not fit the channels below.
- privacidad@edelontechnologies.com — exercise of rights over personal data and inquiries about the Privacy Notice or the Cookie Policy.
- seguridad@edelontechnologies.com — vulnerability reports and security matters, in accordance with the Disclosure Policy.
- derechos@edelontechnologies.com — concerns about human rights impact, under the Human Rights Policy.
No email channel is appropriate for information that is classified, reserved or subject to a confidentiality agreement. If you need to transmit something of that nature, write first to agree on the means.
Which document governs what
The legal corpus of this site is divided into documents with different scopes. The one that applies to your case is the following:
- Terms of Use — conditions of access to and use of the site, ownership of the content, warranties, limitations of liability and jurisdiction.
- Privacy Notice — processing of personal data for which Edelon is the controller, and the distinction from the processing an institution carries out with our software.
- Cookie Policy — what is stored on your device, for what purpose and how to control it.
- Security Practices — active controls, their actual status and what has not yet been demonstrated.
- Vulnerability Disclosure — how to report a finding and the safe harbor for researching it in good faith.
- Human Rights — commitments on the impact of the technology and how to raise a concern.
None of the above governs the software deployed within an institution's infrastructure: that use is governed by the contract entered into with it.
Nature of the content
What is published on this site is informational in nature. The description of a system or of a capability does not constitute a binding offer, a formal proposal or a performance warranty: what is committed to an institution is solely what is set out in the corresponding contract.
Edelon is in its build-out phase, and part of what it describes corresponds to capabilities under development. When a document on this site distinguishes what is implemented from what is designed and from what is not demonstrated, that distinction must be read literally.
Availability and legal restrictions
The fact that a system is described here does not mean that it is available in every jurisdiction or to every recipient. Its availability may be subject to legal restrictions, including those governing the export, import or transfer of dual-use technology and of technology with defense applications.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer where such an offer is restricted or prohibited by applicable law. The assessment of those restrictions forms part of any contractual relationship and is resolved before it, not after.
Intellectual property and trademarks
The content of this site, its visual identity and the code that generates it are the property of Edelon or of third parties that have licensed their use. The Edelon name and the names of its platforms and systems are trademarks or trade names of Edelon.
The specific conditions—what you may do with the content and what requires prior authorization—are set out in the Terms of Use, which is where they are regulated. This notice only places ownership on record.
Governing law
This notice and the content of the site are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The jurisdiction clause and the resolution of disputes are set out in the Terms of Use.
